After graduating as a physiotherapist, Anastasia undertook post-graduate study in the three main areas of physiotherapy that she was most passionate about, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, spinal physiotherapy and sports physiotherapy. With over 28 years of clinical experience in private practice and sports injuries clinics in Ottawa (Canada), Chatswood, Artarmon, Northern beaches and over 15 years in Collaroy, she is well known for her hands on treatment and finding the source of the pain! She has also worked extensively in orthopaedics, pre and post surgical rehabilitation and occupational health. Anastasia uses manual therapy(mobilisations/manipulation) to regain joint movement and soft tissue massage, muscle release to correct the biomechanics and combines this with muscle strengthening ,stretching and muscle re-education to maintain the improved movement. This also includes balance exercises, core strengthening and posture correction and education to help prevent further injuries.

When she is not working Anastasia enjoys travelling, going to the beach, gym, swimming, cycling and walking around and enjoying the beautiful Northern Beaches!
